This is an artist's recreation of a long extinct Pokemon, using the colors depicted in Paleolithic artwork known as 'The Fanged Devil'
It's a long extinct relative of Pyroar, Incineroar, Luxray, etc.-- but from a different, long gone Family. Typing and Abilities are unknown.
