Initially I wanted the hair to be black. But half way thru I changed it. Which causes the blue background to merge with the hair so I have to add some black at the edge to brings out the subject.

Not all Dark/Brown Skinned People are Black. If everyone says that all POCs are Black, then it undermines the other Dark-Skinned Minorities, who are not Black.

Personally, in my Opinion, most of the Listed Characters are not Black. Most people think that way because they're desperate for Representation. Among the ones listed I can tell who aren't Black include;

Rose (he looks more Hispanic, than Black).

Marlon isn’t black. He just has a really good tan. You can see that he still has pale feet, and a very obvious tanline right above the hem of his pants. Grant makes the most sense.
