I don’t have a process recorded. But I start with AI, I make the faces separately, I use an app to make the women’s faces into children, to get the “inner child” effect, then photoshop them into one image.
Example: used tge body and hands, but added a different head and child.

I tried to get in a little closer on Cygnus X-1, the closest known black hole to Earth. It is siphoning material from a companion star generating a pair of jets shooting out of its poles at near the speed of light. The resulting shockwave creates the arc seen in my image.
