Mable (the one in the middle) just said "fart" in sign language. the other two (Musicallie on the left and Adam on the right) found this gesture, quite entertaining hehehehe (also they're all gay (Musicallie and Mable like eachother))

It's also in his body language. When I look at his panels, I imagine he'd be a joy to animate. He looks really bouncy and flexible and full of energy! But the anime...really didn't wanna deal with that, clearly. Even looking at stills, his poses are just...much less dynamic
