the current artist playbook requires ultra bullishness on yr own work. but I prefer the opposite. while I'm excited in the overall direction my work is going, I like feeling strong doubt during a piece. some of my fav pieces had a journey of 'what the hell am I doing?'

roughly 8-9 months ago, i began my character development arc irl.

I'm now a healthier weight for my age and am overall, more of a person nowadays.

I've improved in most areas since then and I'm quite happy now

(also a change in "strongest living fighter" designs, lol)

On my gosh really? He absolutely would not mind at all. Taiki is a work-a-holic but very laid back kind of guy. This is old art but this is what he currently looks like for mha. I'm going to play around a bit with his hair and overall design but try not to change him too much.
