The closest I've gotten to get that 'Drawn Together' style (it isn't so much the style, but more the technique). Though, it still doesn't look 100% there. My theory is that they really zoom in when cleaning it up like on a tablet, only it's done traditionally (which I did).

The left picture took me less than an hour somehow, I did it with a laptop touchpad. The right picture was on a graphic tablet, drawing someone else's character so it took me days as I was hyper focused on trying to get it accurate, constantly checking details, et cetera.
