I think there are two other normal suits in 0079.

Overall Zeon and Neo Zeon rarely ever use the full non-pilot normal suits.

There is one easy to miss Zeon example in episode 46 of Gundam ZZ on Axis but they are just a pallet swap:

Really good editing session today. I might've gotten one more chapter done if there hadn't been computer issues right at the start—but that's life!
