400: The Lego Ninjago: Spinjitzu Smash browser game borrowed heavily from the gameplay of the Mega Man Battle Network series. Sprites from Mega Man Battle Network 6 were even accidentally included as placeholders in the game's code, though they were quickly removed.

"Redesign" might not be the right word, this is more kind of a "paint-over", I use the original portrait sprites and use it as a base.

Some like Marlon are quite different from the original one, but Lewis is quite similar to it.

So, more like paint-over - reinterpretation(?)
