If you want a career in comics, do it yourself. indie, whatever (I suggest CG).

2 years in, and I have 3 books to my name. 2 of them were rejected by the mainstream. They wouldn't exist without my readers.

Find/build your own audience. You can do it. It's worth it.

If we go back this fall, it’s unlikely parents/visitors will be able to enter the building. I would love to hear your ideas about virtually involving parents in the school/classroom. One idea I have is mystery readers where parents zoom or Skype the class to read. Other ideas?💡
