I did an experiment today as well! I made a basic summer outfit, but I think I will want to work on fine tuning ori. design and getting comfortable with the artwork before I did anything more. But I thought it would be funny if the pose animations were more extreme haha!!

Absolutely, check out this sprite (i just googled it, idk who is it from) most of the sword's movement happens in just one frame and it leaves a sort of trail, the rest of the animation is anticipation and the aftermath. Most sword animations are like this
