Toxic positivity is harmful. It invalidates, shames, and side steps people's feelings.
It seems to be on the rise in the last 2 years, and while it can be good to be optimistic, ignoring everything bad can be destructive.
Sometimes negative emotions must be dealt with head on.

Well this year is over and this is how I feel.
This year was a roller coaster of emotions and this end of the year I did not feel much emotion so that is only my reaction.
In the same way, I hope everyone has a good time today and always.
Drawing my emotions really helped me get better down the line. This year was mostly me coming out of my shell but 2022 will be about shaping who I am. Let's hope for the best
Well with 2022 here i have to say, 2021 was one of the best years in my life, i faced with the worst times i've experienced, and some of the best, it was truly a rollercoaster of emotions and it made me realize how life is truly unpredictable, here is to another year love you all
