Of course this mostly when applying my usual shading stuff (CSP watercolor brush, hardlight shadows) and applying basic blue to where the glows are.

Heads up that has physical copies of Hearts of Wulin available. They have both the softcover and the hardcover. Apparently because of the print run there aren't that many copies. That's too bad as the actual book looks dynamite.
