Stabby, as his name implies, uses a sword to stab, but he's not really good at it.
Arthurus though, uses alot of weapons, usually guns, knifes, anything that he can get his puny hands on.

Let's also not forget that Ike's Ragnell and Ashnard's Gurgurant are even bigger swords that are ≈ 6.5 feet long from pommel to the tip of the blade

@snipeboi_usopp @IntroSpecktive Thing is, Fire Emblem has a lot of different weapons/classes not just the protagonist that wields a sword and has a counter yet those are 90% who we get. Robin, Corrin and Byleth at least offer something unique from the usual. Yet axes, spears, pegasi riders and mages get ignored
