I'm not sure if it's been directly stated either, but I feel like Twisted Fate just... has such a very strong provoking image of Jigen, especially his Tango splash art. His facial hair is nearly identical there and it drives me WILD.

it's funny too in the anime because they changed the line a little bit to add yoku behind the second iterations of the words, since otherwise they'd sound identical (which i think could still work but would be a bit confusing conceptually maybe)

Another low poly model for ! I've always loved the design of their oc, so taking that design and converting it into a low poly Saturn model and sacrificing a few of the design elements, while making it look identical to the character was both fun and interesting!

I kinda like how the slowness of the game would ramp-up the tension at times. Like, when the sentinel had found you, and you were desperately trying to turn around to that clear piece of board. 😁 The Amiga version was beautiful: identical game, with higher res and fast graphics.
