CCS's Dynamic Duo of Mamoru Kanbe (神戸守) & Makoto Koga (古賀誠) return for ep 19!

The low-stakes, jovial nature of this episode allowed Koga to really steal the spotlight with their bold linework, distinct facial features, and lots of fun shorthand and distance drawings!

Want to get back to comics, but I abandon a lot of stuff because by the time I'm inking, it starts looking ugly. I get disappointed and move on.

I've been wanting to shift styles some, maybe I should try this kind of pencil/wash look for a page, and not get hung up on linework.

This redraw of Aoife has been in the works for a few weeks, but I didn’t feel confident enough to post it without a decent background. This isn’t fantastic, but it works: and it was my test-bed for the texturing, shading, and colored linework I’m doing now!
