Probably, everything about the character's outfit down to tones and overall colour scheme doesn't scream Pako's stylization at all, I only knew because he posted saying he designed the character.

megaman 2 was very fun actually, despite being an NES game its environments and music were honestly really captivating, especially the Air Man and Wood Man Stage. Ending was pretty funny too, overall felt like an overall improvement to Megaman 1.

Probably a 6/10

His overall design was referenced off Jasmine, Aladdin, Elsa, and Kalim since he's Kalim's cousin!

I now understand why these two games felt different than 3.
The music have a different vibe than 3, the gameplay and aesthetics are pretty distinct overall.
