Rather than changing the style, I feel that it increases the styles. I have some styles..

I like pawwao-san's drawings, and I also like cartoon drawings that express small episodes.

Yknow ppl can improve on it. It's gonna take a while. Let others do what they want with their art. We all have our own styles..You can be honest, hv an opinion..but don't disregard other artists that work hard on theirs or tell them 'art isn't for them'.
