There is very little that I get more satisfaction from than wrangling complex textures and abstract shapes.

I never know when starting out how I am going to solve the challenge of and in finding painterly solutions to the subtleties of physical fabrics, objects, hair and skin.

Went crazy and had an idea to use detail textures to give their body a unique scaly look I've always wanted to see them with, it looks cool as hell with the toon shading and specular. Done with only a tiny scale texture and tiling it using another UV set in the same material.
