Also another tip. Use finger tip tool to create this flowy, smeary effect 😉

When using the blur tool (I think that’s what you used) make it as pretty big (if you’re using ibis Paint X, the biggest size) since when you blurred it looks like you missed a few parts or didn’t blur enough. Make sure to clean up lineart after you do it and make the lines (1/?)

Basically

Lineart on multiply, lasso tool flats on midtone beneath.

Lock flats layer, use lasso tool to block out planes. Set gradient tool to 30%, "paint" light.

Doesn't have to be exact, but close enough. This requires colours/colour scheme to be picked beforehand.
