I saw Pokémon deleted their Porytweet so I'm reposting it, because Porygon did nothing wrong!
It was the producers of the anime at the time that decided to use a seizure inducing light pattern when Pikachu used thunderbolt. So both pokémon are innocent, it was the producers.
