sometimes I wonder how do different artists could draw mecha (for example these gundam manga) so well even on different angles?
am I really just that bad at drawing mecha? did they use 3D models (being sunrise official manga and all) or did they have gunpla they could pose?

Okay so these are gonna be helpful to identifying Sachiko Kamimura's Gundam ZZ scenes.
I recall there were times when Puru looked "different" at times and it resembles how Kamimura drew the character (notably episode 18. Kamimura was AD and did key animation for that one.)
Also, part of me spent most of the time understanding how the gundam frame itself works since.. i was so confused with the inconsistencies and what not
