Usually my default mode with lighting is literal top-down from the page. But, Fae is really looking upwards, so the lighting should be hitting her head on, and the closer to her body the darker it should get. Kiran's face also got kinda pancaked, so I made it round again...
In @affinitybyserif Designer, when I choose Fill/Stroke colour, the "Colour" tab appears by default. Is there a way to make "Swatches" appear by default instead?
