Another character ref done! Vivi's father, Walter. AKA Mr. Hill. He's a semi-antagonist to the story, he's more of a background villain.

Mr. Hill is dead set on traditions passed down in his family for hundreds of years, to a point where he's a little sexist. A boomer, really.

Nelson likely mixed up 2 different stories: one about Dunstan's clergy problems & one about God turning married priests in Germany into eels.

The original way Sachiko met Miko, even in the previous OC draft story, was that Miko accidentally hits Sachiko with a ball. This got changed in a vignette made a few years ago, though (2nd image), the ball-throwing version never making it to Raison's release

During the summer I took a few weeks off and played the Final Fantasy VII remake, which I didn't expect to like, but I really loved that one too! I liked the changes in the story, and the battle system grew on me a lot. The music rules, too.

Going through some comics and was reminded of my favorite Hellboy story, "Hellboy In Mexico" and my favorite episode of Angel "The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco". I guess I'm a sucker for wild yet bittersweet stories.
