Britney is having fun with Kayla's bladder. I saw some other artists use this technique of making multiple images using the same pose but depicting progression of desperation until wetting, and wanted to try it out myself. I did one to show desperation and one for the wetting.

The one on the left is a personal one for myself. Right is the baseline model.

The hair, chasis, eyes and LEDS are customizable. They have advanced articulation, able to move in a damn near perfect organic style.
