Qilin, like many chinese myth creatures, are designed like chimeras and represent a moral ideal. Over time it was drawn more horse-like, and with 2 horns instead of 1. I chose to depict it with 1 horn in the hairbun holograms because personal preference (and saves time LOL)

Spent the weeking prepping. Got new fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, supplies for a winter power outage (hand warmers, wood, generators etc), organized containers, stocked up on emergency food supplies, medications and that sort of deal.
