However, in Foils, the parameters are set by the pliable material, the curation is entrusted to the artist, and the piece emerges as a unique result from infinite probabilities.

She already has to be in WR at start of Attack Phase, so you cannot chain these together by discarding more Ollies for cost.
However, Moona brainstorm can discard copies in hand on CX-placement.
