@doginacafe I think of it as a stylistic representation of teeth! So if the character needs to have teeth for any reason, they can without breaking the character design. Kinda like how sometimes teeth just stick out of an animals mouth

Another commission.
This was a particularly fun commission as I had never really designed a "fish inspired monster" design. Its coloration is an amalgamation of domesticated Koi, and its head is designed after a Pike and Angler Fish, giving it a strong face with needle teeth.
