Toed in other hand, seems to be based on the Frog king, a character in a lot of asiatic fairy tales (Mostly chinese) who comands and rules over other frogs.
The curly hair on it's head looks to be inspired by the way japanese represent water waves on old art

A commission for a group of friends who play DnD, as a gift for the DM :) It was a challenge to draw the characters as they imagined them, and there were a lot of technical difficulties, like armors, wings, sentient frogs and hair made of gems.
