Seems to be pencil drawing on paper. Sooo beautiful.
The right eye of the bird looks a bit "hidden" given how dark and "far away" it is. I don't know if there would be a way to make it stand out a bit. The overall border of the drawing could be shown, to appreciate paper texture

Fun fact: Aviator Versicoid, the boss of New Neo Tokyo, is based off the green pheasant, which is the national bird of Japan. The pheasant's scientific name is Phasianus versicolor, which is where the boss's name comes from!

It is also inspired by the Pokemon Skarmory.
