2) For the opening panel I really wanted to sell the chaos. Wanted the angle to read like you're there in the crowd. So I put a lot of figures in the foreground, which is a Kirby trope for scenes like this. Has the added bonus of letting me draw more figures less background👀...

In conclusion, these scenes below are really predictable about how Ichigo will reacts if Orihime is missing/harmed/killed: he'll shocked,panic,raged or even depressed.
It looks like "worrying her" already become one of his traits. It's not even ooc. It's hinted from the start.

@GCDB 'The Murder Secret' ('88) (aka 'Don't Be Afraid Of Aunt Martha') is an obscure slow-burn mind-f*ck, and one of my favorite Italian horror obscurities. Gore scenes from it were utilized in producer Lucio Fulci's later 'A Cat In The Brain'.
