Let's be real, whoever designed the KOF sprites liked the idea of a muscular Blue Mary. Nothing else.
There is nothing wrong with that but big buff Mary exists only in sprites that have never been redone and a few of illustrations, they are the exception

In 'Darkness of Hallowvale' the player draws three sketches of Castle Drakan. However, Castle Drakan was graphically updated with 'Lord of Vampyrium' in 2015.

Updated sprites for the castle sketches exist. But they are not currently used in-game.
