Am still wondering why the afternoon tea at the usually very good care home where my neighbour lives yesterday consisted of two dry crackers, one olive, one grape and one gherkin. Seemed totally random to me. No wonder all the old ladies turned their noses up!!

@notPotatoe_ @Snowbind1 Multiple reasons... Always late by at least 30 minutes or would not come in, when they are actually here they would be on their phone a lot, generally seemed to not care at all.
Makes me wonder why don’t they just quit? Maybe they were expecting to be paid by doing nothing?
