This gets really hard when I'm trying to imagine planets and cultures with little aesthetic similarity to Earth. But with I can ask it to imagine things for me.

Take a look at this spectacular art by David Finch on the original Aphrodite IX comic. Truly inspiring. The colors by Liquid are also a perfect compliment to Weems's inks. I've always found the graphic aesthetic of inked line, and cut & grad coloring to sit so well together.
