Johnny is originally based on being a mashup of Kanye West (Hence, Johnny Kwest), and Johnny from the Devil Went Down to Georgia (although him more in the devil's role). But I think subconsciously, there was some Garcia "Fucking" Hotspur from Shadows of the Damned in there.
