The Arches rag is mounted on a block and won’t wrinkle even with a lot of water. It’s expensive, so I don’t use it for everything. I have smaller block 9 x 12 for less complex scenes. This watercolour with a little acrylic white drybrushed to push out the white haze.

Just picked up The Citric Arc (2015) by from a Comixology push ad based on the colors, and was so pleased. Read an article today about there needing to be more stories about imperfect & unlikeable girl characters; this fit that while being beautiful and moving. Loved.
