Here is the texture map for the mountain, the UVs are actually just projected directly from above! Because I'm lazy! Was certainly interesting to texture in a circle like that.

When I posted the examples you noted, I knew I had more to do on the trunks. The shape, I can't do much about. Believe me, I tried. That's as good as I could get it. The color and texture got a little upgrade.
