Oh god 2021 was such a good year I'd sometimes struggle to pick stuff even if it had to be just one a season...but then again, it also had Zombieland Saga: Revenge in it so...
I think one thing I like about #BirdieWing is Eve kind of reminds me of Saki from #ZombieLandSaga.
They're very different characters but there are some similarities in their personalities.
Monster boyfriend was a big thing years ago, but I personally still love the concept. Does Frankenstein's monster count as a zombie? Well, Frank does, but he's probably the warmest dead body you'll ever meet (pun intended)

OC Month Day 16: Rize
Rize is a zombie bimbo who has a rough time acclimating back into society because she doesn't really have brains. Not as much as she did when she was alive. But at least she's optimistic about it.
She's fallen over. Will you help her stand back up?

#midjourney alternate cultural history: #GeorgeARomero's Dawn of the Dachshund (1978) – poster below – and his earlier Night of the Cuddly Dead (1968), launched the now ubiquitous story of the apocalyptic reanimation of the dead as dachshunds, destroying society. [*not* #zombies]
also need some input...poll below but i'm playin around with the colors for one of my ruki customs and im debating between halloween (my original choice, first pic), transparent (2nd pic), or zombie (3rd pic)
More nightmarish than “The Exorcist”. More bloody than “The Texas chainsaw massacre.” More disturbing than “Zombie Flesh Eaters!”
