Blending tips:
All you need is Opacity and size. that's it. use the same brushes just decrease-increase the amount of colors, opacity and size when it's necessary and you're all set. I wouldn't recommend blending tool though, I personally didn't find it helpful.

Hi! Headshots are more detailed, it's basically a tarot level of detail. Headsots are more loose and use textured brushes. Here's a couple of examples (headshot on the right, icon on the left)
