When i used to draw in Genshin's style (or tried) i usually made a bunch of collages collecting all the different ways of shading/ lighting etc...
From eyes, to hair, to clothing and skin (also bg)
The pen pressure is something they also alternate in their art

The last side-quest they have together, you have to get them both to level 8, and they just go to the park. They even appear on the bridge together, when usually character's disappear when they "enter" attractions.
