Night of the Demon ('57)
⭐⭐⭐½
I'd never heard of this #DanaAndrews picture until I started looking for #1950s films to watch, and I'm so glad I did. Amongst the slew of cult Sci-Fi's released through the #50s, this supernatural #horror is very welcome.

Suddenly, Last Summer ('59)
⭐⭐⭐½
Based on #TennesseeWilliams' play & directed by #JosephLMankiewicz - #KatharineHepburn, #ElizabethTaylor & #MontgomeryClift star in this mystery that deals w/ mental illness. Oscar nods for the leading ladies.

Bus Stop ('56)
⭐⭐⭐
A loud and frustrating romance with annoying, boisterous characters that had just enough appeal to keep me interested. The worst #MarilynMonroe film I've seen so far, but contains one of her most versatile performances.

A Bucket of Blood ('59)
⭐⭐⭐½
#DickMiller is #WalterPaisley in this classic #RogerCorman #Horror - a character he would play for the rest of his life. Shot in 5 days for $50k, it's a great example of a low-budget B-movie made very well
