Dragonair’s

When it evolves, its skin sheds and is able to be used for flight. When flying at fast speeds, Dragon Scales chip off and fall, sparkling so bright they resemble twinkling stars.

I made an alternate evolution for Rhydon that, in my opinion, doesn’t suck. I call this Rhyspikier.
