A quick catch up for My choice for day 24 was Paul Cézanne's 'Still Life with a Cherub' (c. 1895). The sharp eyed amongst you will be able to spot this painting in the recent ‘Age of the Image’ documentary series.

It's Day 19 of my series and I've been looking forward to today's choice. Here's 'Clouds Above a Lake', painted in 1904-6 by one of my absolute favourite artists, Akseli Gallen-Kallela. I love the way the thick strokes create the clouds!
