Can't ignore the timing of I was diagnosed with GAD 3 years ago and I've been doing much better but sometimes I still need a break, and so I'm resting a bit until January. Until then, here's some of my art from 2020!

I’ve got a lovely cocktail of general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression and a dash of ptsd-c. Top it up with I’m autistic and that’s mee💛

This year has been my best mentally which is strange, it reflect in my art and Im really happy and proud 💛

Oh no! This thread is just made for me I've been struggling with an anxiety disorder for over ten years. It was so bad that I had to quit my studies at a point. Definitely a mess, but still arting, yay!☺
