I was probably like 6 or 7 . I remember playing kof 2003 at the laundry mat and i was in awe when i saw Athena’s cute outfit, soon that arcade cabinet was replaced with kof 2002 magic plus ii and that’s when alot men started to join and play me. I Whoop their asses too! Im 20 now

This may be somewhat of a stretch, but I think Toriyama was inspired by Athena when designing the female warrior for DQIII. Purple hair, half naked, red armor, and the wings on the warrior’s helmet are kind of like the ones on Athena’s shoes.
