When HW2 came out I dig the Banished brutes designs, but thinking back now, they honestly seem more bland to me in terms of armor design. They’re just a recreation of Atriox’s armor, with varying helmets.
I much prefer Infinite’s take on their armors.
Allying with Atriox, Let 'Volir's assault carrier transported the Banished to the Ark, where the ship would be destroyed. Despite this failure, 'Volir redeemed himself and was made commander of all Banished forces on the Ark during Atriox's absence.

I think the tv show did pre-Banished Atriox better in terms of his armor. I was never a fan of his armor in core canon, it just looks like basic Banished gear without the paint, i much prefer the more Covenant looking armor
Apparently tv show Atriox has red on his armor, unlike the other brutes in the show, and he already has Chainbreaker. Looks like they were subtley trying to show that he was Atriox without actually saying it (tho i could be reading into it too much). Pretty neat imo

@Halo Any plans to introduce the type that Atriox took to the Ark as either an enhanced version or one with different mechanics? Things like ability to hover, turn rate and radius, as well as the damaged and arc of projectiles?
