Just to add on, I believe the Hindus worship Dhanvatri, an avatar of Lord Mahavishnu. He's known as God of Medicine/Ayurveda. We still worship him till today & is celebrated during Diwali/Deepavali. And usually there's a shrine for him at most Vishnu temples.
