Fascinating day learning about the history of fans I saw so many beautiful fans - I wanted them all! I can’t wait to get back to and look again at our fan collection I’m sure we’ve got some rare hidden gems!

Have just had a really good morning visiting Bankfield museums fabulous new Fashion Gallery with the added bonus of the Woman Travellers exhibition. Now having tea in the Piece Hall waiting for the hail to pass
