Explaining to someone I don't use noise but Copic Marker Textures on soft light, hard light, overlay, and lighten blending modes for a more natural looking texture noise.

I fill colors with hard pen and use SAI's airbrush and the paint brush.
Settings are the second edge shape, 0 min size, 50 density, fuzystatic 100 and no texture.

You can use only the "Studio Pen "for both painting and blending.If you want to create a texture like a Copic pen, just set the transparency to 50-70% when blending and blend.
