I’ve fallen in love with reading to my class. Watching their reaction to each chapter is amazing. Their facial expressions, comments & everything in-between reminds me of why I love teaching English to much! They are fully invested in Roz & Brightbill’s journey- it’s beautiful.

Kenny Brightbill showed up in Florida in February some years back with this Sprint Car he built himself. Right out of the box he was fast with it. Against the "Outlaws" Kenny ran with the best of them at the Tampa Faigrounds and other tracks during the Speedweeks Sprint Festival!

Kenny changed late model racing like no one ever saw coming. He won races with Brightbill "gagets" he came up with. No different than what Kenny did with the Northeast crowds. Kenny being Kenny!🏁😂

Kenny Brightbill was not only a iconic modified driver in the Northeast! Kenny built his own dirt late model so he could race year round. He would head to Florida /Georgia in the winter to pick up a few bucks. It was not long before Kenny was winning races and beating the best.

This Pa Dutchman won 441 races in a storied career at 41 different race tracks. A Hall of Famer that won the Eastern States 200, Super Dirt Week biggies at Flemington and Nazareth National. Just name em ! Kenny Brightbill won them! A true 1 of a kind " BAD ASS" race car driver!
