i gotta be real, SFVI is cool and all, but i'm 10x more excited for Puzzle Fighter and Super Gem Fighter. these are games that take full advantage of Capcom's design strengths while relying on gameplay that has a low barrier of entry- *that's* how you make new fans

I've been saying Tamio is one of Capcom's best current artists right now, everytime I see new art from them it never disappoints. so much soul

I checked the Capcom's countdown page and we have like an hour for their reveal. If it's going to be SFVI, please please please I want Adon back.. 🥺💕💕💕

325. Pocket Fighter

Capcom's bright, cartoonish visuals and the inclusion of Darkstalkers characters guaranteed that this one caught my eye in arcades but it was at home where I played a ton of it. Adding a greed element with gathering gems appealed to my inner Gollum.

I still want to understand Capcom's logic that Iris and Gate were damaged beyond repair. But Vile clearly explodes with nothing left and comes back twice with no consequence in his system.

Finished another game! This time it was Capcom's 2021 duology re-release The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, which contains both TGAA: Adventures and TGAA 2: Resolve, originally released in 2015 and 2017 respectively.

It was...an utter triumph!

Namco X Capcom's Resident Evil representatives are Fong Ling and Bruce McGivern from Dead Aim. A bit of an odd choice, but Namco worked on that one so there's a bit of logic. Fong Ling is paired with Hsien-ko and Bruce is paired with Regina (Dino Crisis)

It's even funnier:Capcom's aware she's a videogames icon since 1996 so they feature her in many cross over games and gadgets, more than all other RE characters but still put Jill aside from timeline for 13 years despite lore screams for her return

8.) Dead Rising (9.5/10)

Legitimately one of Capcom's best games, it was the perfect blend of Pre-Irony writing where it takes itself serious while also allowing the player to lighten the mood if they wanted too. Funny how the story and it's themes ended up being still relevant

354. Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow Over Mystara

I've actually never played D&D (unless Final Fantasy counts) but I loved this once upon a time. I spy Capcom's name and it's an arcade beat 'em up w/ RPG touches, so that's enough for me! Plus, secrets galore~

My favorite character design philosophy. Especially when the cast is diverse and hot in different, interesting ways. Capcom's games embody this. Hades won hearts with this. Arcane set the world on fire with this. https://t.co/sOgaVByWBI

Barring CP System III games, Capcom's pixel art uses 15-colour sprites, occasionally mixing in sprite layering for things like Hayate's blade here.

That Capcom were able to do justice to so many characters with 15-colour sprites is a good example of quality over quantity.

Here's my finished piece for Udon's fanart contest! Mega Man is cool and all, but Huitzil will always be Capcom's super fighting robot to me! ❤️

I'm also very happy I managed to cover two fighting games- these are difficult but rewarding to write about! They were Star Gladiator, Capcom's first real 3D fighting game

And the delightful Waku Waku 7, Arina best girl don't @ me

Still, I managed to cover games I've wanted to look at for a good while, such as Capcom's excellent game based on The Punisher

And Taito's very early maze-em-up Chack'n Pop, which even got cited (properly!) in a YouTube video~
